Local Development Framework - questionnaires completed and returned. D Thorogood
to approach the Planning department at ECDC regarding the possibility of a conservation area
or design statement to be included in the Local Development Framework.

NEIGHBOURHOOD WATCH

No crime has been recorded in August and September. Three youths harassed a Parish
Councillor in the Village Hall on 8th October.

RUBBISH

The sofa bed dumped in the bushes at Cuckoo Bridge and the bath at Cut Corner have not been cleared.
Wooden pallets and plastic bags have been dumped in the A142 lay by. Clerk to report to G Tickner. P Bailey is to investigate extending the opening hours at the Grunty Fen Household waste site.

COMMUNITY ARCHIVE

This project is to gather information from Parishioners. The project is self funding
and will need no funds from the Parish Council. A sub committee will be formed to facilitate
the project.

GUEST SPEAKER

|
PC Tudor Treharne, Community Beat Officer, spoke to the Councillors about his
responsibilities and asked for one area of concern to concentrate on. The Councillors decided
that anti social behaviour, vandalism and suspected drug dealing should be targeted.
PC Treharne asked that any suspicious behaviour or vandalism should be reported
using the non-emergency telephone number (0845 456 456 4).

TRAFALGAR DINNER UPDATE

51 tickets have been sold for the Trafalgar dinner. Mr & Mrs C Nix have
donated cheese and biscuits. S Thorogood
asked for raffle prizes from all Parish Councillors and that Parish
Councillors attending the Dinner arrive by 6.55pm.

VILLAGE POND WORKS PARTY

The Parish Councillors will be holding a works party to work on the village pond on Saturday
12th November at 10am.

Mr R Bye - Request to vacate allotments - Councillors agreed to allow Mr Bye
to give notice and Mr Roger Lucas to take over the allotments for one year. The allotments
will be advertised in the Parish in summer 2006.

CCC - Re: verge at Old Lynn Drove, Wayhead - Highways have advised Cheffins
of the correct highway boundry. The property is believed to have been sold to a Parishioner.

Review Risk Assessment sheets - Clerk has reviewed the sheets. V Ingham to add
street lights and amend the bridge railings as some have been removed.

to write), Parish Plan and future village events.
